What preparation is recommended before placing?
Conduct a thorough assessment of the site where the unit will be placed. Ensure the ground is level, stable, and capable of supporting the weight of the unit.
Grid Tied: Plan for utility connections, including electricity, water, and sewage. Ensure that the site has easy access to these utilities or make arrangements for connections to be established.
Off-grid: When setting up an off-grid housing unit, efficient gray water management (French drain) is crucial for environmental sustainability.
